Alex Bafi is a US qualified partner in the corporate division at Herbert Smith. He has extensive experience advising investment banks and corporations on a wide range of UK and international securities offerings, including in particular IPOs, rights offerings and other equity capital market transactions. He also advises clients on M&A transactions. He is fluent in Arabic and French, and conversant in Italian.
