The US practice is comprised of eight partners and approximately 25 associates. We have four partners in London, two partners in Hong Kong and two partners in Moscow. Our US-qualified associates are divided between our offices in London, Hong Kong and Moscow.

The team advises on a full range of cutting-edge corporate transactions, with particular expertise in large international capital markets transactions (including equity, equity-linked, investment grade and high-yield debt offerings), as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

  • In the past five years our US practice has handled a staggering $120 billion in capital markets and M&A transactions across numerous countries.
  • We advise the world’s top investment banks, including Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS.
