Personal development
We are committed to a continual process of personal development. This takes the form of a performance review which includes an annual and a mid-year discussion around career structure, as well as open, honest and timely feedback – both formal and informal – throughout the year.
This will help you decide what direction your career should take as you move through the firm. At any stage you can put in place a personal development plan, assisted by human resources advisors within the firm.

Coaching and training is available on a one-to-one basis for individuals with particular development and training needs. This is delivered by our own learning and development (L&D) department and a network of external trainers/coaches. Sessions typically last from one- three hours and can be scheduled at a time to suit you.
