The team is led by Christine Lynch, head of HR based in London. Christine's remit is global, and she is supported by Andrea Roots, director of HR UK and Tricia Pilgrim, head of HR Asia. There are also HR colleagues in our Moscow, Paris, Singapore and Dubai offices.
Working with our People Policy Group, the team's primary function is to deliver the businesses people strategy.
Our business partner structure enables deep client relationships to be developed, which in turn helps the firm to grow its international practice areas. HR Managers are embedded within the various practices, working closely with the wider team's centres of expertise:
