Our knowledge management approach helps Herbert Smith remain at the forefront of legal knowledge and to work more effectively for our clients. We achieve this by capturing and sharing legal information and expertise, in addition to providing all relevant training.

With a robust infrastructure in place, all fee-earners have desktop access to the firm's internal know-how system. This enables them to share legal expertise, standard form documentation and information on external legal developments.

Many of our solicitors are also members of internal and external know-how groups, which discuss the latest business and legal developments.
